# Product Lead ### General Information * Salary range: Competitive, negotiable * Position: Full-time * Location: Remote * Time-zone preference: Asia, Oceania, Europe ### Your responsibilities * Propose new products and features, prepare PRD and work closely with engineers to deliver products under tight deadlines * Own the whole life cycle of the product and work with Ops, Marketing and BD to ensure the success of every new product launched * Research and stay ahead of new trends, and turn insights into actions * Monitor product performance data and adjust strategies and product directions timely ### Requirements * 5+ years of product management experience * 2+ years of crypto/defi experience * Experience leading a team of product and UX designers * Ability to work in a high paced environment with tight deadlines * Ability to find a balance between quality and execution speed, and between long term and short team goals * Strong communication and articulation skills; experience in working in a cross cultural work environment * Hands on, results driven, open minded and low ego ### How to apply Shoot your CV to us at
