Product Lead

• Salary range: Competitive, negotiable

• Location: Remote

• Time-zone preference: Asia, Oceania, Europe

Your responsibilities

• Propose new products and features, prepare PRD and work closely with engineers to deliver products under tight deadlines

• Own the whole life cycle of the product and work with Ops, Marketing and BD to ensure the success of every new product launched

• Research and stay ahead of new trends, and turn insights into actions

• Monitor product performance data and adjust strategies and product directions timely

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience

• 2+ years of crypto/defi experience

• Experience leading a team of product and UX designers

• Ability to work in a high paced environment with tight deadlines

• Ability to find a balance between quality and execution speed, and between long term and short team goals

• Strong communication and articulation skills; experience in working in a cross cultural work environment

• Hands on, results driven, open minded and low ego
